The offer comes first
Before layouts or colours, we establish what the business offers, to whom, and why it matters to them. Most unclear websites are unclear about this, not about design.
Design for the person encountering it
Every page is arranged around what a visitor needs to understand, in the order they need it, and what they can do next.
Function is part of the design
Forms, bookings, checkouts and confirmations are where trust is won or lost. They are designed and tested with the same care as the pages around them.
Restraint
Fewer, better elements. Generous space, considered type, imagery chosen for what it says. Nothing added to fill a gap.
