How we use your information

What we collect

When you send an inquiry we keep what you enter in the form: your name, email address, business name, website, and what you tell us about the business, your audience, goals, timeline, budget and requirements. If you used the estimator, we keep your selections and the estimate calculated from them.

To protect the form from automated abuse, we check each submission with Cloudflare Turnstile and record a one-way, salted fingerprint of your network address for rate limiting. We do not store the address itself.

Why

Only to respond to your inquiry, arrange discovery, prepare a proposal and, if you go ahead, run your project. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Who can see it

Only GODDLEXX studio administrators. The information is held by our hosting and database providers on our behalf. Emails about your inquiry are sent through our email provider.

If something on the site breaks, an error report is sent to our monitoring provider, Sentry, so we can fix it. Reports describe the error and the page it happened on. We remove anything you typed into a form, cookies and identifying details before a report is sent.

How long we keep it

If your inquiry doesn’t become a project, we delete it, together with any estimate, notes and messages about it, 24 months after our last contact with you. If it becomes a project, it is kept with that project’s records for as long as we work together.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by replying to any email from us.
