- We confirm what the website must do, what content exists, and what still needs to be written or made.

ProposalReview the scope, price, deliverables and agreement.
- A written proposal replaces the estimate with a confirmed price and a defined scope.
- It lists deliverables, milestones, revision rounds and what each side is responsible for.

DepositSign the agreement and pay the initial deposit.
- The proposed standard structure is a 50% deposit after signing and 50% after final approval, before launch.
- Payment is made through a secure hosted checkout. GODDLEXX never sees or stores card details.

Design & BuildProvide materials, review milestones and collaborate.
- A preparation checklist shows the logos, images and content needed before production begins.
- You review each milestone, give feedback within the agreed revision rounds, and approve before the next begins.

Approval & BalanceAccept the final work and settle the balance.
- You formally approve the finished website. The remaining balance is due before launch.

Launch & HandoffPublish, transfer access and receive instructions.
- We publish the site, transfer the accounts and access you own, and walk you through how to look after it.
- You receive written documentation and the support arrangements agreed in the proposal.
