Who we are

This website, goddlexx.com, and the client portal are run by GODDLEXX Studio (“GODDLEXX”, “we”). You can reach us at goddlexxstudio@outlook.com. By using the site or the portal you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Using the site

You may browse the site, use the estimator and send us an inquiry for your own business. Please give accurate details in an inquiry, and only details you are entitled to share.

Estimates are not offers

Figures from the estimator, on service pages or in conversation are illustrative. They are not an offer or a quote, and they don’t create an agreement. A price is confirmed only in a written proposal from GODDLEXX. Work starts once that proposal is agreed, and the proposal’s own terms then govern the project.

Portal accounts

The client portal is by invitation only. Your account is personal to you: don’t share your sign-in links or let anyone else use your account. If someone else at your business needs access, ask the project owner or GODDLEXX to invite them. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account. We may suspend or end access, for example when a project is complete, when an invitation is withdrawn, or if these terms are broken.

Acceptable use

When you use the site or the portal, please don’t:

  • upload or send malware, or anything designed to harm or disrupt a system;
  • upload or send anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • try to reach information or projects that aren’t yours, or get around how access works;
  • overload, probe or interfere with the site, or use automated tools to collect from it.

Files you upload

When you upload a file, you confirm you have the right to share it with us and for us to use it for your project. We use your files only for your project. Every file is checked for malware before anyone can open it, and a file that fails the check is deleted. You keep the rights you have in your files.

Our content

The site’s design, text, images, logo and code belong to GODDLEXX or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share links to the site, but please don’t copy or reuse its content without our permission. Who owns the work we make for you is set out in your proposal, not here.

Availability

We work to keep the site and the portal running and accurate, but we can’t promise they will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or pause them. The site is provided “as is”, as far as the law allows.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, GODDLEXX is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the site or the portal, or for loss caused by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud. Responsibility for project work is set out in your proposal.

Privacy

How we use the information you give us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version is shown at the top. Signing in to the portal asks you to agree to the current version each time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
